देखा जाए तो राजनीति में दबंग और आपराधिक प्रवृत्ति के लोग सफल हैं. यही सोच कर मुनव्वर हसन ने सन 2014 में दिल्ली के बादली विधानसभा क्षेत्र से बहुजन समाज पार्टी के टिकट पर चुनाव लड़ा.

उत्तरी दिल्ली के बुराड़ी का रहने वाला मुनव्वर हसन काफी दबंग आदमी था. वह अपने दोस्त शाहिद उर्फ बंटी के साथ प्रौपर्टी डीलिंग का काम करता था. इसी धंधे से उस ने करोड़ों की संपत्ति जुटा रखी थी. चूंकि उस के पास अच्छाखासा पैसा था और इलाके में अच्छी जानपहचान थी, इसलिए वह राजनीति में कूद गया.

    Elderly man arrested for sexually assaulting 5 minor girls

    A 65-year-old man was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting five minor girls by luring them to watch television at his home in Chhattisgarh's Balod district, police said on Monday.
